The suite was perfect for a business traveler with a cozy fireplace, granite countertops, and a spacious porch for people-watching. The couch doubling as a bed was a great feature for colder nights.
Felt snug, no complaints.

The location was perfect for our young family being near the Olympic Park and ice rink - We have a 2 year old and a 2 week old, so convenience is key! When we did complain about the uncleanliness of the sofa bed, someone came up to vacuum and change the sheets, so that was good service.
The room was not clean - we went to pull out the sofa bed for my husband and 2 yr old to use and under the cushions were disgusting, it was covered in food and candy and garbage, so obviously we questioned whether or not the actual sheets had been changed. The sofa bed needs to be replaced as the mattress sinks towards the middle and the blankets that were provided had holes in them, so those also need to be replaced. Don't like the idea of carpet once you come into the room. It being winter time and we had a stroller we felt like we had to leave it outside in the hallway so that we didn't wreck the carpets by dragging in any snow and was charged damage. Doesn't make sense for a winter resort to have carpet in the entrance way.

Our suite at Town Plaza Suites was spacious and perfect for our family of three. The location in the Village center was incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, and how quiet it was at night. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was very convenient for our family of six. We could easily walk to various restaurants and cafes in the area, even in bad weather. Additionally, there was a supermarket nearby for us to do our self-catering. The apartment itself, although older, was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and having machines for washing and drying our clothes was definitely a plus.
The noise from the nightclub across the street was a major downside. It kept us awake until the early hours of the morning, which greatly impacted our ability to enjoy our ski holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay at this centrally located property. It was within a short walking distance to all amenities, making it very convenient for us as old people. The kitchen was well-equipped and the fireplace made the lounge area cozy. The bedrooms and other rooms were clean, and the reception staff were helpful and happy to assist. The underground parking was reasonably priced and provided secure storage for our gear overnight.
We felt right at home during our stay and had no reason to complain.

The location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible, making it convenient to explore various restaurants and cafes on foot, even in bad weather. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. Furthermore, the room had a fireplace and a humidifier, adding to the cozy atmosphere.
One negative aspect of the accommodation was the worn-out mattress in the bedroom, which creaked with every movement.

For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth at Town Plaza Suites. The room was spacious with separate bedroom and living areas, plus a cozy fireplace and a humidifier to add to the comfort. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
When it came to breakfast offerings, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety.
